“100% available” – Maresca declares Haaland good to go

Manchester City boss Enzo Maresca has declared Erling Haaland is fit and good to go for their Premier League clash with Aston Villa on Saturday.

Maresca was asked about Haaland’s condition, after an injury scare last weekend, along with Nico O’Reilly and Mateo Kovacic.

“We have a session this afternoon – all of them can be available or not,” Maresca said.

“In terms of [those] still in doubt, yesterday they were all improving and we will this afternoon.

“Erling is the only one 100% available. And the other three we need to wait for today’s session.”
