Arsenal defender Ezri Konsa is in doubt for the Gunners’ clash with Hull City on Saturday.
Konsa exited Arsenal’s 2-1 Champions League win over Slavia Prague in the 62nd minute, having appeared to play through a knee injury.
The concern comes with William Saliba’s return to fitness, creating doubts around the make-up of the Arsenal backline for Saturday’s game.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta explained about Konsa: “He’s played a lot, so many games in the last few weeks, and he had some issues and we decided to take him off.”
Saliba hasn’t played all season after aggravating a back injury during the World Cup. He was an unused substitute in midweek in Prague.
