Port Adelaide tyro Jason Horne-Francis is facing a week on the sidelines after being offered a one-game suspension for rough conduct in Saturday’s loss to St Kilda.
Horne-Francis was hit with the one-game ban by the AFL’s Match Review Officer on Sunday for rough conduct on Liam Stocker in the last term of the defeat.
The incident was graded as careless, medium impact and high contact.
With the game up for grabs, Horne-Francis cannoned into Stocker late after he disposed of the ball, immediately leading to a free kick for high contact.

Horne-Francis’ bump appeared to involve contact to Stocker’s head and right side, knocking him over. Stocker was able to take his kick.
Port will weigh up whether to challenge the ban.
The Power are set to be without Horne-Francis along with Zak Butters, Connor Rozee and Mitch Georgiades for next week’s clash with Fremantle.
