This weekend saw the return of some VFL action, while Alex Witherden was the star of the show for an Eagles team looking for reinforcements, while Emerson Jeka and Jai Newcombe pushed for recalls.

Collingwood

In his first VFL game Charlie Comben (AF $170k SC $123k F/R) was dynamic up forward, taking 5 marks to go with his 2 goals.

Mid-season draftee Jacob Edwards (AF $170k SC $102k ) kicked a goal late to finish the game with 6 disposals.

St Kilda

Dan Hannebery (AF $662k SC $338k MID) continued his return from injury, collecting 18 disposals and nine clearances.

Carlton

Luke Parks (AF $224k SC $173k DEF) had 15 disposals, while Brodie Kemp (AF $170k SC $123k MID) finished with 14 disposals and eight marks.
