He has returned to training recently and had been expected to be named in an upcoming Pakistan T20I squad.
Shadab arrived in Australia over the weekend as he prepares to take to the field with the Thunder.
Fellow Pakistani import Hasan Ali has boarded his flight to Australia to link up with the Adelaide Strikers.
Finn Allen was due to arrive in Perth over the weekend, while Sam Billings confirmed he’s in Sydney on social media to join the Thunder.
