Richardson set to return, Adelaide lose spinner to injury, Renegades & Strikers squads named

Kane Richardson looks set to return for the Melbourne Renegades in their final round game against the Adelaide Strikers who have lost spinner Ben Manenti to injury.

The Renegades named their 16-man squad for Tuesday’s game at Marvel Stadium against the Strikers.

Kane Richardson ($158k BWL) is the only addition, with no one dropping out, and Aaron Finch said after Sunday’s loss to the Perth Scorchers that he’s a lock to return.

Finch said: “He will no doubt play Tuesday.”

The Strikers added Ryan Gibson ($64k BAT) to their 13-man squad with Thomas Kelly ($42k BAT) omitted, while Ben Manenti ($71k BWL) is out “after rolling his ankle”.
