There was bad news for Aaron Hall owners on his hamstring injury, while GWS Giants coach Leon Cameron declared Braydon Preuss will return and Ollie Wines is also good to go.

Aaron Hall (AF $818k SC $511k DEF) will likely miss a month of footy after North Melbourne confirmed he had a significant hamstring injury.
North GM of Football Performance Dan McPherson said: “It’s a reasonably significant injury, so we expect he’ll probably be a month away before he returns… It’s probably three or four weeks before he returns to play.”
Braydon Preuss (AF $467k SC $204k RUCK) is set to return immediately after suspension according to GWS coach Leon Cameron who said: “Braydon will come back in. Disappointing we lost him last week.”
Ollie Wines (AF $883k SC $555k MID) is also has been cleared to return for Port Adelaide after a heart irregularity. Port said in an update: “Has been cleared by doctors to return to full training and competition, so is expected to return to face the Eagles on Saturday evening.”
Geelong have revealed Patrick Dangerfield (AF $686k SC $483k MID) is no certainty to play this week. Cats head of medical and conditioning services Harry Taylor said: “Patrick Dangerfield had a cork in the game, relatively early in the contest and managed to play out the game. We’ll monitor him throughout the rest of the week.”
Mitch Hinge (AF $440k SC $266k DEF) is back in the mix for Adelaide after a hip injury. Adelaide coach Matthew Nicks said: “We know he’s good enough at the level, it depends on the mix that we’re putting in & what the opposition are bringing as well, whether we need tall or small behind the footy or on the wing.”
Wayne Milera (AF $382k SC $271k DEF) won’t return yet for the Crows. Nicks said: “Junior is nearly there. He’s starting to feel like he’s running games out. He’ll probably be another week or so.”
Heath Chapman (AF $524k SC $377k DEF) is among a group of Fremantle players who has entered health and safety protocols and will be unavailable for their Round 6 game.
