Three debutants were named along with Josh Kelly for the GWS Giants despite an injury cloud, Jarman Impey suffered a bad injury while Trent Bianco, Brendon Walker and Lachie Bramble were among the rookies to hold their spots.

There’s all sorts of changes to digest, with three debutants, while Brodie Grundy (AF $798k SC $627k RUCK), Rowan Marshall (AF $648k SC $497k F/R) and Nat Fyfe (AF $659k M/F SC $538k M/F*) all return from injury.
Jarman Impey (AF $583k SC $407k D/F) is a shock casualty suffering an ankle injury at training. Hawks Physical Performance Manager Luke Boyd said: “Unfortunately he injured his ankle.
“We think this one will be a reasonably significant ankle injury. He’ll get scanned over the next 24 hours. He’s not going to be available for this week’s game.”
Josh Kelly (AF $800k SC $592k M/F*) is named for the Giants after being a test earlier in the week and the club says he is “expected to be fit”.
Kieren Briggs (AF $215k SC $123k D/F) is named on an extended GWS bench alongside Shane Mumford (AF $435k SC $426k RUCK), while Luke Edwards is no certainty to hold his spot for the Eagles with a bunch of guns back.
