UPDATES
Laurie Evans was a surprise omission for the Perth Scorchers on Sunday against the Adelaide Strikers. Honeyball understands he has suffered a minor hamstring strain, having not fielded in their previous game against Hobart.
Finn Allen missed that game with a finger injury. Teammate Joel Paris said: “Yeah, look, I’m not sure. He started a rehab program over the last 48 hours. Wednesday is only a couple of days away. I’m sure the physios and medical staff will give him the best chance to have a crack. We’ll see what happens.”
