Lachie Shaw has been omitted by the Sydney Sixers from the side to face the Adelaide Strikers in Sydney on Wednesday night.
The Sixers named their 14-player squad to face Strikers, with Ben Manenti, Harjas Singh and Lachie Shaw omitted.
Former Australian under-19’s batter Riley Kingsell joins the squad as a local replacement player.
The Sixers confirmed Jafer Chohan and Jordan Silk will return from illness and personal issues respectively. Sean Abbott remains out with his hamstring injury.

The Strikers named a 13-player squad, with bowling all-rounder Jerrssis Wadia added to their squad as a local replacement player for Alex Carey on Test duty.
Cameron Boyce, Jordan Buckingham, Thomas Kelly and Tom Straker are those left out of their squad.
