Kerr hasn’t played at state level since last season’s BBL, due to a run of injuries but the 28-year-old was back in action this weekend.
The Sixers all-rounder took 1-25 from 8 overs with 2 maidens for Sydney Uni against Blacktown Mounties.
Elsewhere, Thunder all-rounder Daniel Sams may have returned with the bat after injury last weekend but didn’t bowl this weekend for Randwick-Petersham as Hawkesbury chased down 340 from 99 overs.
