Tuesday is the day for injury reports with updates on Zac Williams and Tom Stewart, while there was conspicuous absences for Hayden Young and Jason Horne-Francis.

Carlton haven’t ruled out Zac Williams from their upcoming Round 7 game despite being subbed out at half-time of last round’s win over GWS Giants with Achilles soreness.
The Blues injury update said: “Received a knock to his Achilles on Saturday and was subbed out of the game. Availability: Test.”
Geelong confirmed Tom Stewart was going through concussion protocols following his head knock against Brisbane.
Speaking about Stewart along with youngster Phoenix Foster, Geelong Assistant General Manager – Football Brett Johnson said: “We’ll assess each day how both players are tracking, and we’ll know more as they progress through the protocols around availability to play in the coming weeks. We’ll ensure Phoenix and Tom are well looked after.”
Fremantle didn’t include Hayden Young in their injury update despite being benched in the fourth quarter of the Western Derby with a tight hamstring.
Likewise, Port Adelaide didn’t include Jason Horne-Francis in their injury update following an apparent leg injury against Collingwood.
GWS confirmed Stephen Coniglio will miss another week with a minor knee injury.
George Wardlaw is set to be available for North’s next game after being managed last round. Roos head of performance Kevin White said: “George is a player that match committee and performance team spoke about having strategic breaks placed in through the season. This relied on loading and recovery flags that are sensitive to George’s physical health and risk of overload.”
Hawthorn declared Will Day is set to make his AFL return this weekend following a stress fracture in his foot. Hawthorn High Performance Manager Peter Burge said: “It’s fantastic, it’s been a long time coming.
“Will has done quite a bit of work over the last 3-4 weeks, where he has put himself in the position to return and play a full game this week. We’ve used the last two weeks to build his condition to a level where he is able to withstand that and handle it.”
Similarly, Sydney said Luke Parker is a “test” to play this week after being out with a broken arm. The Swans said: “Luke is commencing full training this week. He will be a test to play this weekend.” St Kilda listed Brad Crouch (hamstring) as 2-3 weeks.
Essendon’s Archie Perkins could return in Round 8 from a hamstring injury according to the Bombers. The Dons update said: “Perkins could be in line to play as early as round eight pending how he gets through training in the next two weeks, recovering well since his hamstring strain from Gather Round.”
